We are pleased to announce that we will be re-opening on Monday 1st June.
We are fully committed to keeping our customers and staff safe and have implemented several new changes, in addition to the measures already in place, prior to lock-down.
We have installed additional perspex guards, creating 2 sectioned customer service zones within our reception area. We have also installed an external service window for our garage customers to handover and collect their keys and our for our returning vehicle hire customers. This will also be used by our own mechanical and cleaning staff members, in order to leave inside space exclusively for customer use.
Hand sanitiser dispensers are now fixed at the entrance to our reception and at the service window and we ask that all customers utilise this prior to being served. All of our staff will be wearing masks and we respectfully request that customers also use face coverings, if at all possible before entering the building.
In order to keep safe social distancing in place, we will be limiting access to the building to two individual customers at any one time and clear markings outside the building will assist in keeping a safe distance whilst you wait. In the event that you have more than one driver allocated for your hire vehicle, we will ask for just one driver to present documents for themselves and each of the others. We also request that where possible, all payments be made using credit or debit card by telephone or online and please restrict your visits to collecting or returning your hire vehicle or dropping off and collecting your own vehicle for service, repair or MOT.

We have always offered a collection service to our customers but we are now urging our older or more vulnerable customers, to please utilise this service. Just give us a call on 01543 502120 to have your car collected for MOT/Service/Repair.
We are cleaning all high touch surfaces every half an hour with “hospital grade” fluids. We are also cleaning our hire fleet vehicles in the same way.
All garage and vehicle prep staff are wearing a new pair of gloves from the moment they pick up a set of vehicle keys until they have completed the job (whether that be an MOT, Repair or prep of a hire vehicle).
All staff are washing their hands thoroughly at every opportunity (at least half-hourly) and using hand sanitiser in between every single customer transaction.
All of these measures will make it difficult to welcome you in the way that we have always liked to. We will no longer be able to offer you a cup of coffee and a chat or a magazine in our waiting area. But, as always we have your very best interests at heart and will continue to give you the excellent service that you have always enjoyed. We can’t wait to see you all again-and whilst it might be difficult to tell, behind those masks but believe us when we say we will be smiling.
