Just had a great week away in one of Risingbrooks motorhomes and it was great, a really good, high spec motorhome and really great, polite and friendly staff, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to hire a motorhome, van, car and will definitely be using them again.

I was very impressed with the MOT, I booked online, the call confirmed the booking, the service on drop off and collection was lovely, and the mini-valet was a nice bonus!I'll definitely be using again!

I hired a van and had concerns about this tyre and returned to the Cannock office.24 hours after they assured me it was fine m42 blow outRang the company not really bothered told me tyres was my problem call the AAAfter a blow out you would expect a call to check all was good and I was able to continue my journey but no callThe tracking was a mile out which was why the tyre was worn on the edgeI am a National Account manager and would never treat my customer in this manner

Booked a van to move house which unfortunately fell through (no fault of our own and out of our control) called up to cancel the van and asked for a refund. I was told it would only be 50% and I never received it. Won't use again.

Andy and the Team at the Cannock branch go above and beyond for their customers. The service is always impeccable and they are so easy to deal with. They just can't do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend using these guys above any other local rental company. I rented the 4 berth,Ford monza for 4 days,fantastic motor home,24 plate,like brand new,fully loaded with everything you need.went to scotland and around,very good on fuel,only used 1 tank,£120 all in brilliant,staff very helpfull and knowledgeable, van easy to use as it was my first time hiring a motor home.i highly recommend this friendly family company will definitely be using again

Avoid! For anything car maintenance related. I was messed around for days without an MOT on my vehicle, on the day it was booked in for repair work and retest,I was told the work couldn't be carried out as my wheels had been tightened and rounded off. Decided to take my car elsewhere for a second opinion and the wheels was off in less then 5 minutes.This could of ended up as a very necessary cost for me to get the tyres off and nuts changed. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning.

Excellent, friendly staff! The vehicle I rented was fantastic, clean, well maintained and most importantly I got it for a really cheap price, much cheaper than anyone else I contacted. I was able to rent a Luton box van with tail lift for around £240 for 4 days when everywhere else wanted £300+!

I do not rate this company at all, I would not deal with this company again. Andy the manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. His customer service skills do not exist, and he doesn't like to deal with women. The problem we had with the van was not dealt with properly and I would not recommend dealing with this company.

We hired the Swift 694 Large Coachbuilt 4 Berth for our trip to Silverstone and we absolutely loved it, it was perfect. We were totally shocked as to how comfortable it was, the bed especially! Booking was easy, we were also allowed to go in and view a motorhome once one was back so we could have a look around. Pick up day we got shown how everything works and reasurred that if we had any queries then they were only a call away. We couldn't be happier with the motorhome and the service we received, so much so when we dropped it off we rebooked again for next year. Thanks again

We booked a campervan 8 months prior to our trip to UK from NZ. Andy and Julie were extremely helpful and communication was excellent.They collected us from Stafford station and returned us after our 5 week hire. We couldn't fault their customer service. Received fantastic service from Rising Brook last month when we hired one of their 23 plate motor homes. The motor home was spotless when we picked it up and they gave us a thorough walkthrough of how everything worked as it was our first time in one.When we had trouble connecting the gas when we arrived on site they were on hand over the phone to explain how to reset it.They are extremely friendly and I look forward to hiring a motor home again from them in the years to come.I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t recommend them enough. Professional and well run vehicle hire company with an experienced team of helpful staff. I’ve been using Rising Brook Car, Van and Motorhome regularly for the past 3 years. They have a modern fleet of well maintained vehicles and another the big reason I choose them is the vehicle insurance excess rates are by far the best I’ve found which is easily overlooked when hiring vehicles.
